Planning an accessible arrival

We want members and visitors to find the entrance information they need before travelling. The summary below describes step-free entrances at Acme's three locations. It is an entrance guide, not a complete description of every route, dimension or facility inside each building.

Entrances

LocationStep-free entrance
HarborMain entrance
MidtownEast entrance
GardenMain entrance

At Midtown, plan to use the east side rather than assuming the main entrance is the accessible route. Harbor and Garden use their main entrances for step-free arrival. The downloadable accessibility guide repeats this summary and contains an interior diagram on its final page.

Reading the map

The diagram uses labels, lines and arrows to show relationships between interior spaces. A list of extracted labels alone may not preserve those relationships. If the version you are reading does not show the drawing clearly, ask staff for the route you need. Do not infer a turn or doorway from a label that has lost its position.

Arranging a visit

Tell reception which location you intend to use and whether you are coming for a desk day, a room booking or a tour. These details help staff understand the arrival rather than guessing from a general question. Reception is staffed Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00. A member's access outside that window does not establish that staff assistance will be available then.

Assistance animals are permitted at all locations. Garden's outdoor-patio rule for pet dogs does not restrict assistance animals. The pets guide explains that distinction without treating all animal-related requests as the same situation.

Questions the page does not answer

We have not listed every internal measurement, sensory condition or personal arrangement. Use the support route when the information here is insufficient for your visit. Reading a photograph, an entrance name or a demonstration booking is not confirmation that a particular arrangement has been made.

Keep the location and booking date in your message. If a plan changes, refer to the newest confirmation so any arrival discussion stays tied to the right visit.
