Guides and downloads

This library brings together the public Acme guides in their original formats. Some are practical handbooks, some introduce a membership, and one rate card records a past offer. Open each item with its title and date in mind. A download is not automatically more current than a web page simply because it looks like a formal document.

Member and team guides

The member handbook is an editable Word document with plan comparisons and sections about access, rooms and printing. The Team billing guide explains invoice roles and billing procedures, including the distinction between an invoice and a payment receipt. Use the section headings to return to the specific rule you need.

Two PowerPoint decks support an introduction to Acme: the new-member welcome and the Team tour. Speaker notes belong to the presentation and may add context beyond visible slide copy. Chart values describe their labelled period and unit. A tour count is not a count of members or a prediction of room availability.

Dated and visual information

The March rate card is explicitly valid only for 1–31 March 2026. The Harbor delivery notice is a scanned office notice for couriers. The accessibility guide combines text with an interior diagram. A text-only reading of a diagram may omit connections that the drawing expresses visually.

The room catalogue CSV lists six rooms with capacities, hourly rates, booking increments and credit eligibility. The parcel-collection Markdown guide gives collection instructions in a format that remains easy to read without a special application.

Finding a procedure online

The documentation site contains searchable page titles and native Markdown versions of selected procedures. Its index links all the guides. The member demonstration shows the related screens without operating an account, while the tools explain example arithmetic.

Keep the original file name and the date when raising a question about a download. If you are discussing an actual reservation or invoice, include that separate reference too. General guidance and a particular account record answer different parts of the question.
