A desk for one weekday
A day pass costs $29 per person for one selected weekday at Harbor, Midtown or Garden. Your visit runs from 09:00 to 18:00 at the one location you select. It is a useful way to plan a focused working day without a recurring membership. The pass does not include meeting-room credits, overnight access or the guest allowance offered to paid members.
What is included
Use a shared desk during the pass window. A short visit still uses the selected pass: the price does not divide into an hourly desk rate. Meeting-room time is a separate reservation with its own capacity and cancellation conditions. If you need a room for a client session, compare the room catalogue as well as your desk plans.
Arriving
Keep the dated confirmation for the visit you intend to make. At reception, explain that you are visiting on a day pass and identify your selected location and date. If you have several confirmation emails after changing plans, check their dates rather than relying on the first message in the thread. Staff can help with a specific confirmation when its details are unclear.
The entrance summary describes step-free access at each site. For an interior route or an arrangement not described there, speak with staff. Do not assume that a room image establishes every feature of the building.
Cancellation
Cancel by 18:00 on the previous business day to receive a refund. A Monday pass must be cancelled by Friday at 18:00. Business days mean Monday through Friday, and these examples contain no public holiday. Deadlines use Port Alder local time. Later cancellation and no-show are not refundable.
Before booking for a group
Each person needs their own desk entitlement. Four people using day passes at the current price pay for four passes. Guests joining a booked meeting follow the room's capacity instead of becoming desk users automatically. Bring both parts of your plan to the room calculator when a working day includes a meeting.
