Common questions

Use these quick answers to orient yourself, then open the relevant guide for complete steps. An answer about a desk pass does not necessarily apply to a meeting room or a recurring membership.

How much is a day pass?

A day pass is $25 per person for one selected weekday from 09:00 to 18:00 at one location. It does not include room credits, overnight access or a common-area guest allowance.

Does Unlimited mean all hours?

Unlimited desk access follows each location's member window. Harbor and Midtown are available daily 06:00–23:00. Garden is available weekdays 07:00–21:00 and weekends 09:00–17:00. Reception is staffed weekdays 09:00–18:00, which is a different schedule.

Can my Team colleagues each use twenty days?

Team provides 20 shared visit days for up to five named people. Each attending person uses a visit for that day, even for a short stay. Four people attending on three days use twelve of the twenty. Unused visits do not roll over.

How many people can I bring?

A paid member may bring up to two accompanied common-area guests for up to two hours during staffed hours. Meeting attendees instead follow the booked room's capacity. A day-pass holder has no guest allowance. These categories should remain separate when planning a group visit.

Can I spend room credits at Garden?

Room credits apply only to Harbor Pebble and Maple. Each credit covers thirty minutes. Other rooms and catering use their ordinary charges. Read the credit guide for an example that combines credits with a remaining cash fee.

Where do I download an invoice?

The owner or billing admin opens App, Billing, Invoices, selects an invoice and chooses Download PDF. Ordinary Team members cannot access company invoices. A downloaded invoice does not itself prove payment.

Do you allow assistance animals?

Yes, at every location. The separate pet-dog rule concerns Garden's outdoor patio. Ask about the specific location and arrival if you need information beyond the entrance summary.

Can this demo cancel my plan?

No. The demonstration is read-only. The membership guide explains the actual cancellation procedure and deadlines. Reading a control or requesting help from an assistant is not evidence that a real renewal or payment has changed.
