Memberships for different working weeks

Choose a membership by the way you use desks and rooms. All prices are in USD and include our fictional taxes. A desk day lets one named person work at a desk during the plan's access window. A room credit is a time allowance for specified Harbor rooms. Treat those as different units when planning a week with colleagues.

Flex

Flex costs $129 per month and includes eight desk-visit days in each billing period. Choose Harbor, Midtown or Garden as your home location. Flex visits take place at that location on weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00. Coming in for only an afternoon still uses one visit day. Unused days expire at the next billing anniversary, and Flex includes no room credits.

Unlimited

Unlimited costs $249 per month. You can use desks at all three locations during the member hours for each location, and receive four room credits per billing period. Check Garden's different weekend hours before travelling. Unlimited is also available with annual payment; the pricing page explains the total paid upfront and how the monthly benefits reset.

Team

Team costs $599 per month for up to five named people. The group shares 20 desk-visit days and two room credits in a billing period. Weekday desk access is 09:00–18:00 across the three locations. The allowance belongs to the team as a whole: four people attending on the same day use four shared visits.

Choosing with colleagues

Make a simple attendance plan before comparing prices. Count people as well as dates. List any room sessions separately, including their location, capacity and duration. A lower desk cost does not establish that a room is included or available. Taking a break

Monthly Flex and Unlimited members can pause for two full billing periods in any rolling 12 months, requesting each pause at least ten calendar days before renewal. Team and annual memberships cannot pause. For other membership administration, use the complete cancellation and refund procedures in the documentation.
