Clear prices for desks and rooms
Prices below are USD, including Acme's fictional taxes. Read the plan name, billing period and access conditions together. The monthly and annual tabs describe different commitments. An equivalent monthly figure is useful for comparison but does not change the amount charged at checkout.

Annual payment
Unlimited annual payment is $2,628 upfront. This is equivalent to $219 per month over twelve months. It is not a $219 monthly charge. Four room credits reset on each monthly anniversary during the annual term; annual payment does not deliver a year's credits at once. There is no annual Flex or Team option in this catalogue.
Room costs
Rooms are charged by duration and room type. Small four-person rooms cost $20 per hour, eight-person rooms cost $35 per hour, and Midtown Summit for sixteen costs $60 per hour. The minimum is one hour, followed by increments of thirty minutes. One eligible room credit covers thirty minutes in Harbor Pebble or Maple. Other rooms and catering are paid separately.
Reading an estimate
A desk price comparison is a starting point. A weekday pass has different hours from Unlimited, and Flex is tied to a home location. Team days count every attending named person. The tools show default examples with those qualifications beside the result, and the room calculator explains any remaining cash after eligible credits.
Before you commit, read the appropriate cancellation rule. Day-pass cancellations, room cancellations and stopping membership renewal have different deadlines. The refund policy also has its own eligibility conditions. Viewing prices or an example account does not create a reservation.
