Shared working days for a small team
The Team plan costs $599 per month and supports up to five named people. Together they share 20 desk-visit days and two room credits per billing period. Desk access is Monday through Friday, 09:00–18:00, at Harbor, Midtown and Garden. The plan fits groups that coordinate attendance rather than assigning every person a separate allowance.
How shared days work
When four named colleagues attend on one date, they use four shared visit days. If those four attend on three dates, they use twelve visits and have eight left in the period. A brief afternoon uses a visit for that person too. Unused visits expire at the billing anniversary. Twenty shared visits does not mean twenty for every person.
Rooms alongside desk days
The two room credits also belong to the group. Each credit covers thirty minutes in Harbor Pebble or Maple. Keep meeting-room needs on a separate line in your budget because other rooms and remaining duration use their ordinary prices. Summit can fit a larger meeting, but the Team plan's common-area guest allowance and five named people are different limits from a room's capacity.
Getting the team ready
Choose an account owner and identify the person handling billing before inviting colleagues. The owner and billing admin can access company invoices. Ordinary Team members cannot see those invoices simply because they have a desk entitlement. Agree internally on attendance and who coordinates room reservations so the pooled allowance is understood.

Planning your first shared week
List the people attending, the dates and the location for each day. Then identify any meeting that needs a room, including visitors. Compare the attendance total with the shared pool and confirm room capacity separately. A cost example can support that discussion; it cannot guarantee an available desk, booking or billing arrangement.
